Katy Perry Katy Perry got into theme at the premiere of The Smurfs in pastel blue New Declic pumps. The pastel patent Christian Louboutin heels were a perfect match for her playful Smurfette dress. Katy, who voiced Smurfette in the film, got into character in a beaded Smurfette mini dress designed by The Blonds. We wonder if her role as the blond smurf inspired her recent hair color change?
